Organising an Office Move

It may seem very daunting but if you break it down into steps, you will be able to manage the project from the early "thinking stages" right through to moving day.

The first step is to form your moving team. Decide who is going to be involved with clear roles and responsibilities. These include:

o IT - vital to make sure you are up and running at the new site
o HR - good communication with the staff you are moving
o Finance - someone to control the budget for the product
o Facilities/Office Manager - someone who knows the building inside out and will be dedicated to the project.
o Administration staff - they are generally the people that know the most about the organisation

I was expecting awful things going into this movie but I was pleasantly surprised at the end of it. It was not the heaping pile of garbage that I expected it to be. It actually had substance and a coherent story. The main protagonist was not bad either. He delivered his part decently and did not overact any of the emotional scenes in the movie. Overall, this is a pretty decent movie. It is not going to win any awards but it is an enjoyable watch if you have nothing better to do on a Saturday than play the #1 free tower defense game. I mean if you are so inclined you can roblox download now and skip the movie entirely.
